You need to understand what flat structure means: there are no magical managers around to make things happen for you. You need to dig things out for yourself, and need to be the right character to be able to pull it off. This is not for everyone!
Advice to Management
Embrace current culture instead of trying to be a "grown up" corporate type of business.

- Good bonus - Many freebies, company trips. - Diverse peer group - Ok Salary
Cons
- Bad middle-management, Senior management is even worse. Heights of micromanagement (more stressful than the real work) - Company has changed in last 3-4 years, mostly for bad. - Only motivation to work is the bonus (if company makes good profit and manager likes you) - Too many random changes, restructuring very frequently by handful of people having no clear vision and communication. - Almost 30% of the... company does nothing but sits in meetings/offsites.

Pros
The perks are probably as good as it gets. Nice office space, massages once a week, company trip, catered lunches everyday and outings after work.
Cons
Everything... the culture is very toxic. Lack of diversity and lack of leadership. The MD/Leadership doesn’t do much but sit around and let the people and place perish.

How about diversity?

Smart people, relaxed environment, very expat friendly, every day you learn from your colleagues, management with high expectations, nice benefits and rewards for your work
Cons
Sometimes you can feel some micro management, it is not always clear what you are doing and why
Advice to Management
Help us to have a clear vision about we as single people are going. The goals are very clear but they are related to the financial suol of the company, on the development side it would be nice to have a more clear personal path for the year or at least for the quarter.

A company where you can learn fast and develop quickly.
Cons
The bonuses which are confidential (in the end not because you talk about it) are not really divided in an honest way. It’s also not allowed to be satisfied with a dayresult because it can always be better. This is true of course and you have to like this mentality in order to feel at your place. For me personally the level of coaching and motivating is below standards. HR agreed with me but in the end could not do... anything about it. Your appreciation comes in the form of a bonus, that’s what i was told. Big turnover of people.
