      Pros

      The company truly believes in the idea of making people happy at work. They provide you will all types of amenities and perks that are truly unique. Whether you are a tech specialist or trader, the company allows you to venture into your own interests if it can improve the company's operations. Ultimately, if you are a high performing employee you will be able to set your own culture and make the place your own.

      Cons

      The company could be more lean and able to compensate new employees better. Tenure is often disproportionately compensated.

      Very small company with flat hierarchy so you can do your own projects

      Cons

      Very non-systematic trading shop; most traders have little quantitative experience out of fast mental math, so it always underperforms competitors leading to extremely low salaries resulting in only poor quality traders and people stuck on visas reaching seniority
