Stability - given the company is hemorrhaging employees, they need to keep the ones they do have.
Cons
Low pay - the level of knowledge and skills required for the job do not match the wage Bad politics - both interdepartmental and between different teams, all within the same center Lack of leadership - most management have no leadership skills, passing the buck, no sense of integrity. If you earn 6 figures, why are you cleaning the place and micromanaging? No room/little room for advancement Technologically and operationally behind the times.
