If things are not good, how to sell? Behind closed door, lots of arrows flying across departments. Someone told me; here, you are 'guilty until you prove yourself innocent'. Be ready to defend yourself. High turnovers. Even if you managed to stay years, eventually your time will come as everybody is considered expandable.
