Pros
Working here is no joke — the standards are high, and the culture expects you to run things like it’s your own business. Not everyone can tahan, but for those who are self-driven and serious about doing meaningful work, it’s a very rewarding place. The environment pushes you to think big, act fast, and take full ownership.
Cons
This is not a “9-to-5, just follow instructions” kind of place. Here, you need to bring ideas, take initiative, and be ready to stretch yourself. The bar is tough, but that’s exactly what makes the culture strong. Even the challenges turn into opportunities to grow. If you’re someone who wants to play safe and cruise, maybe not for you. But if you want to step up and be part of something game-changing, this is the place.

Hardly any. Short runway, unreasonable expectations.
Cons
As sales, if things can sell then commissions are good. Otherwise, eat nothing, and become our fault. Historically, what are the performance of the products anyway? If things are not good, how to sell? Behind closed door, lots of arrows flying across departments. Someone told me; here, you are 'guilty until you prove yourself innocent'. Be ready to defend yourself. High turnovers. Even if you managed to stay years, eventually your time will come as everybody is considered expandable.
