Pros

They offer catered lunch and have a kitchen stocked with snacks

Cons

Don't fall for the hype! They sell you on their benefits but the company culture is a joke. Senior manager extremely racist and makes weird/inappropriate comments. Managers don't know what they are doing and never take accountability for their actions or incompetence. A lot of favoritism based on race and willingness to exploit every detail of your personal life. HR is a joke and feels like you're going to the principals office versus a place of support. When CEO was asked about how he would encourage non executive level management to participate in and promote a specific ERG group he basically answered in a roundabout way "I'm not encouraging them to participate so figure it out on your own." They pretend they care about you but don't offer any real solutions. Racism is more blatant than most companies. Poor Pay. WFH is "unlimited" but frowned upon. Work is very tedious and honestly doesn't require a degree. They are more concerned about the hours you put in vs the actual quality of work.. ie pretend to work until after 5. Certainly not a technology company. The platform is manually updated by OA's EVERYDAY!

Pros

Lots of really smart and nice people at the company. The culture has improved a lot recently. There's a good amount of room to develop and jump on things that you might not be exposed to in other companies.

Cons

The company moves a little too fast at times and maybe overlooks things that are working well and don't necessarily need to be changed for "efficiency" at the risk of doing things incorrectly. It can be hard to move up in some departments. work/life balance varies a lot by team.
