      Pros

      It is a global business so I can only speak for my own team in the UK. I got particularly lucky with my manager and wider team in the US. Progression was encouraged and supported and if there were opportunities for internal movement, speak up and it was noted.

      Cons

      On a global scale, there can quite a big of disconnect between teams and territories.

      Pros

      Great people, great culture and pretty good work life balance. Salary is competitive and benefits are good (not great). They also have a fully remote business model that helps with work life balance. If your in a couple areas you can go into the office if you want to however.

      Cons

      Some fragmentation in the business makes driving positive outcomes more difficult then it should be. A little bit of a feeling that you have to justify your existence, nothing too severe, but it does add to some anxiety about job security.

That feeling should not be part of the day to day experience and we are paying attention to it. Your suggestion on bringing SMEs into QBRs is a good one.       I am optimistic about the product roadmap, but concerned about the execution

      Incredible micro-management and rigid processes. Lack of empowerment and lack of nimbleness.
