I would like to take a moment to reflect on my journey here. When I first started, I was not very systematic in either my professional or personal life. However, through my experience and the structured environment here, I have gradually adapted to established procedures and developed a more organized and professional approach. This experience has helped me understand the importance of having proper systems in place to ensure consistency and efficiency. I have always tried my best to meet expectations and improve myself continuously. However, I also acknowledge that there have been situations where I could not perform to the desired standard. Despite this, I consider my time here a valuable learning experience that has contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth.

At times, personal challenges combined with work pressure impacted my ability to manage responsibilities effectively, and this reflected in my output. I take full responsibility for this and have been working on improving my resilience and time management.
