Pros
The team culture is genuinely one of the BEST parts of working here! It’s a very friendly, social environment where people actually talk to each other and support one another. It doesn’t feel cliquey and even when you’re new, people are approachable and willing to help you. Management are very present and supportive. Whether it’s feedback, guidance or just general motivation, you do feel backed by the people above you. There is strong potential for progression, especially if you’re driven. It’s very much a “you get out what you put in” environment. High performers are recognised and if you’re consistent and put the work in, opportunities to grow come fairly quickly.
Cons
The commission structure could be explained more clearly from the beginning. As it’s a 100% commission-based role, having a more detailed breakdown early on would help set clearer expectations and allow people to better understand how much they’ll be earning. The targets can feel quite intense at times, which can create a high pressure environment. While this can be motivating for some, it may feel overwhelming for others, especially when you’re still finding your feet. There is currently a lack of employee benefits, which feels quite out of step with expectations in 2026. Certain perks would go a long way in improving overall job satisfaction and making the role feel more balanced alongside the performance driven structure.
