Go on about diversity and equality, but never actually execute this in all parts of the business, some parts of the business are treated VERY differently, even have different benefits depending on where you work Manager's aren't communicative and then blame you for not communicating Favouritism from Managers towards certain members of their team Don't pay for employee perks such as lunches out, Christmas meals etc. this all comes out of employee pocket Think their benefits are better than they are, but they are very behind with a lot of companies
