Pros
Location, Hours, Training Days, Free Tea and Coffee, Pretends to be Mental Health Friendly, if you are lucky you will get a certificate from you boss saying your are doing a great job. If you stay with the company for an entire life time you will get a £10 argos voucher.
Cons
Management, Not pro mental health, will discipline you for being off sick, they would prefer you to be depressed, miserable but still come into work and take advantage of the mental health in house team, more interested in their statics then employee wellbeing, despite them shouting about how "wellbeing aware" they are. This company puts ticks in the boxes but realistically that's it. If your mum, dad, uncle, half cousin all work their you will do really well and probably be promoted within the first few weeks.
