Pros
In addition to the free catered lunch on Fridays, this is a great place to grow your career. I learned new things and met great people. Employees can learn not only how certain things are to be done but also why, which is the most important. Furthermore, the top executives are great people to work with as they are knowledgeable, professional, and not arrogant.
Cons
As much as I respect the top executives, I wish they deal with problem middle managers rather than doing nothing about it. I reported to two unprofessional middle managers who took credit for other people's work, played the blame game, cursed loudly at meetings, badmouthed people behind their backs, complained all day, and were more concerned about office politics than with getting work done. Furthermore, not only were they arrogant, but they were also incompetent. Numerous complaints were lodged to HR and to top executives against these two middle managers by several people they interacted with, but nothing was done. Therefore, if you report to an unprofessional middle manager, start looking elsewhere because nothing will be done to correct the situation.
