I would say I had a fruitful journey within FirstSource. Started off at a junior level and climbed up the ladder in a short span of time which is a great indicator of a friendly, healthy, fair and employee centric work environment with endless growth opportunities. It continues to be a great experience as I continue to enjoy working and learning new things at work every day. Great experience and a great place to work at!
Cons
The only difficult part in my domain was rotational shift and rotational week off which made it very challenging to maintain a healthy work life balance.
