      It gives exposure to work with Sr Leadership team. The Sr Leadership team is very Dynamic and company provides Great Learning experience

      Cons

      Main issue is lower salary level compared to industry and the benefits are not at par with the industry. Insurance plan is very expensive

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Cons

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
