Pros

Great Launchpad for Beginners: Excellent training program and onboarding structure. It is highly regarded as a friendly place to start a career, especially for freshers looking to build professional communication skills. On-Time Salaries: Payments, payroll processing, and shift allowances are reliably on time. Workplace Environment & Culture: Generally features supportive colleagues, a fun or lively peer environment, and well-maintained facilities (cafeterias, game rooms, security). Logistical Perks: Free or subsidized cab/transport facilities for night shift employees are frequently mentioned as a huge plus. Internal Mobility: Opportunities to switch between different client processes or move into QA/Subject Matter Expert (SME) roles if you perform well.

Cons

Salary Growth & Appraisals: Many employees note that the starting pay is basic/low for the workload, and annual appraisals or increments take a long time to materialize. Inconsistent Management: Depending heavily on your luck with your specific Team Leader (TL) or Manager, some experience micro-management or perceived favoritism. Repetitive Tasks: The nature of the workflow can quickly become monotonous over an extended period.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
