      Firstsource work environment is very inclusive, The training provided are top-notch. There are clear paths for internal promotions (IJP) and they really value hardwork.

      Cons

      During Peak seasons, the workload can be high, but the team support makes it manageable.

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Cons

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
