Pros

Not a lot of pros anymore, actually, you can probably land a leadership role if you are a mediocre worker because incompetence is highly rewarded there!

Cons

This company, probably just the market I am leaving, has degenerated into a toxic workplace where proffesionals are continuously disrespected yet expected to perform at high levels. Senior leaders have used racial slurs towards lower level team members and have gone unpunished even after an entire team expressed frustration to HR going so far as even threatening a class action lawsuit. Mid-management leads with favoritism causing a toxic work environment where people are continuously feeling their mental health at risk causing performance, quality of life at work and morale to consistently go down. Those same "managers" have no actual leadership skills or merit to be in their positions as they are incompetent and unprofessional; they are getting away with not producing or responding to internal or external clients (refer to customer online reviews). Furthermore, the core group of people that works the hardest is consistently being called incompetent, stupid and worthless to their faces. This is an extremely disheartening place of employment and does not motivate ANYONE to work their hardest nor fosters a happy environment for its workers. Coupled with many other micro-aggressions and incompetence displays from leadership, is why I have decided to move forward but also why I feel as though this place will continue to decay until the entire company crumbles and that is a scary future to have in mind when considering a company to work for. Proceed with caution.
