Pros

Decent pay. Friendly support staff.

Cons

Forget about advancement if you’re a person of color. Just doesn’t happen. Huge turnover with blame aimed everywhere but the top. Revolving door across multiple departments. Work/Life balance is a joke. White Males will survive if they suck up to the right people. Latinos/Blacks of any level are on a clock regardless of effort. I am desperately trying to find another job so I can leave this place, don’t join me.

FirstKey Homes Response

HI there! This is really painful to read and I'm sorry you feel that way, however we are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate. I see that you are still a current employee and I'd love to set up some time to talk with you. The team member experience is important to FirstKey Homes and our employees will have a chance in the near future to respond to our annual employee survey; I hope you will fill it out . There are also other ways to leave feedback for the HR team including HR Business Partners or our anonymous hotline; either way, we want your voice heard. Please contact me or HR if you'd like to discuss your concerns. Thank you, Sparkle
