Hello! I am very sorry to read your review and how your experience was butI assure you, there is no nepotism nor favoritism. We look at every single hire with the utmost importance and we take into consideration a number of candidates in order to find the best for the role. In this effort, we do our due diligence as well, as we strive to make FirstKey Homes the best it can be and it starts with our Team Members. Hiring based on nepotism and favoritism would not be an accurate method to achieve the goals we have here.
