Pros
I, like a lot of others here, have been here for a little under a year and I have found there to be a lot of pros to working here:
- work/life balance is fantastic; better than any other job I have had
- no micro-managing; there is great trust in the ability to do your job
- huge growth opportunity; as this company continues to grow across the country, the work environment also continues to grow and I see there is huge opportunity for me and coworkers here to grow with the company
- creating new every day
- working with great people
- being heard from upper management; I have read some of the other reviews and definitely disagree with the idea that management won't hear other thoughts. They are VERY open to ideas that can make this company better.
Cons
I haven't come across cons so much that I would say I would report to make others think this isn't a great place to work. It is!
