Company that constantly struggles - Anonymous employee FirstGroup Employee Review

Management is a joke, they pay millions of dollars on average, every 3 years to bring in "management" companies to revamp the entire company direction, thus there has never been a stable environment. They don't care about their employees and have annual to bi-annual layoffs. Their benefits are a JOKE! They only approve tuition reimbursement if you are part of the "club". They refuse to promote women.
