Pros

Decent base salary but completely all over the board - people in the same role some with even more experience making up to $50k difference in pay. Owners are wonderful and amazing people - they just make bad hires and leave their company in the hands of the worst 'management' Great team - the employees are great to work with. Collaborative and supportive of one another. Great product concept - the concept of what the company's product is tremendous and valuable. They just dont have the right product team in place to keep a stable product or management team in place to roll out product updates.

Cons

Several managers over the years and they have driven the company into the ground. Unstable product. Inability to roll out updates or information to employees or customers at all. Poor financials and mismanagement of company money. High employee turnover rate and low customer retention rate - lose clients at a higher rate than brings on new ones so struggling to grow. Loses employees generally within 1st year most dont make it to year 2 or definitely never 3.

Pros

My direct team was amazing. I had the privilege of working with people who are passionate about the company and product despite how they are treated.

Cons

If you aren’t in the “boys club” don’t even try to advance. While I loved the people I worked with, they were underpaid and overworked and coincidentally all women. Big red flag when 90% of execs are men
