Pros

Location and office is appealing.

Cons

Incentive compensation plans are broken as the goals aren't attainable. The company hasn't hit budget expectations one single year in its 15 years in business. CEO and CFO are horrible leaders and there will never be a change made at the top. CFO is essentially running the company and she points fingers versus taking responsibility for a broken organization (that she created). Turnover is extraordinarily high and compensation being offered for openings is way below average.

Pros

Branch leadership and coworkers are fantastic, and operate with a great teamwork mentality. Always feel supported by the team. Work life balance is good.

Cons

CEO/COO constantly find ways to decrease headcount and bonuses regardless of end of year performance vs goals. Yet they always get their bonuses. Neither seems apprised to what actually goes on day-to-day in the revenue generating sections of the firm. Tone deaf communication from the C suite, hindering the work of quality leaders below the c suite level. 401k match vests over 4 years, which defeats the purpose. They make you pay for parking at the office they require you to go to every day.
