First Western Financial interview questions

- It was not the most professional interview I've attended. - There were some distractions from the interviewer side - I was ghosted after the interview which is a very poor reflection of the company itself considering how small this company is. At the stage of the interview, you should at least be notified whether you're moving to the next stage or not, but I heard nothing from the company or from the interviewer. The interviewer also told me I would hear from them, but I heard nothing.

The process took around a month and included multiple phone interviews and an in-person interview with the department's hiring manager. The interview structure is somewhat standard with the questions becoming more and more role-specific the further the process goes on.
