Pros

I've worked here for the past month, and have worked with many companies previously. Car industry, Solar, Restaurants, by far this has been my best experience. My managers have wowed me with their devotion to the team. Forcing us to take breaks, take long lunches, ordering Starbucks or bakery goods for us. The pay starting out especially for me being 19 is manageable, and there are tons of growth opportunities within. If you're looking for a place to grow and develop this is it! I've only had good experiences at the Cupertino branch and after being someone who moves jobs frequently. I will stay for a while here!

Cons

I wish I could say there are cons, there are none so far. Everyone has been great to me and it doesn't even feel like work. I get excited to be in office, which is a foreign concept for me. I've always dreaded work even in the beginnings of new jobs, here it's been different.

Pros

Nice location, easy access, good D&I

Cons

I worked here for two years, the Pay scale was so low you had to work two jobs if you’re a single person. They have the customer service representatives doing sales, and then find ways to not give sales bonuses because your customer service levels aren’t high enough. I had worked in customer service for eight years and I’m still in customer service at another institution and never have I seen such ridiculous rules. If you have to send a request to another department and they call them back your first call resolution is crap. And remember this is a sales team so they pay you so little and work really hard to not give you a bonus. I talked to a Work coworker who stated that now they don’t get their quarterly bonuses because they have to be at 110% of First call resolution to get the quarterly sales. Bonus makes zero sense.
