      This company allows for the ability to have good work/life balance and still be successful. Much more relaxed than most bigger name tech companies and semiconductor companies

      Cons

      NW Ohio/Toledo Area doesn't really compare to other tech hubs like CA, Pac NW, Austin TX, etc.
