Pros
Generally my immediate co workers and managers were nice, easy to work with, and smart.
Cons
Pay is half of market for skilled developers. Entry level pay is almost on point but doesn't scale accurately with skill like most software development jobs. You could work 10 hours a weeks and make about the same as an innovative, highly skilled developer working 60. No structure to common procedures. Poor IT infrastructure such as scalability, availability, CI/CD, and security. Executive team was weird, intensely nice and then intensely ruthless the next second. They consistently hired low skill developers to give large tasks with little guard rails and little standards resulting in a bad code base. No WFH
