Bit of a disconnect between developers on site and rest of company Don't feel very valued by head office Never really know who your manager is or where you would report to Sales and management can be talking to the client above you and uosetting client managers and you aren't included or aware the talks were happening. Developers need to be closer to the contract discussions. Would make them feel more valued
