Pros
It was great at the beginning I could work from home, and the colleagues and management seemed to be friends and talk about their private life a lot. It looked like the opportunity was there to stay. The workload was manageable.
Cons
I was constantly forced to do things I was not employed to do. I was hired for SQL and PowerBI. I had to do C#, administration, javascript and css, while watching how other people got the PowerBI tickets. After 1 year and 6 months they said that if I don't change the job completely to machine learning I am fired. they know I have no money or power to combat such a corporation with the management in the US.
