Pros
First Contact HR is a great organization to be employed with. They have a good culture that allows for a good work to life balance; along with being very flexible and reasonable. With great opportunity for development and growth, it also helps that Management and Upper Management’s ultimate goal is to encourage ALL staff to seek out professional development opportunities with routine promotions as recognition for their hard work. With hard work, they go out of their way to show their staff just how much they appreciate it. My favorite thing about my job with First Contact HR is that Upper Management including the CEO is always open and willing to hear new ideas, and concerns or feedback from all staff. First Contact HR as a whole is very flexible, understanding, and has great benefits to include Vacation/PTO, Medical, Dental, life, 401K and Lifetime fitness club subsidy. Lastly, I would also like to recognize the people I work with on a day-to-day basis. They are all very welcoming and helpful. This is a very team oriented environment.
Cons
The only cons to working for First Contact HR are no direct deposit, and the office space could be a bit larger.
