While it is unfortunate that things did not work out with your employment with us, I can assure you that the aforementioned items are simply not true. We are an equal opportunity employer, and as such, pay our staff fairly and competitively, regardless of gender. As you are aware, we are in the business of conducting background investigations and handle highly classified information. Accordingly, it would simply be in poor taste and go against everything our company stands for to “gossip behind your back." Again, it is unfortunate that you were not a fit with our company, and it should be evident that Management, is in fact involved with its workforce, listens and wants to ensure the best workplace for its entire staff.
