In fact, teamwork is a core company value. Since your departure, we’ve carefully re-evaluated our onboarding/new hire immersion plan, ensuring employees get the support and resources they need. Regarding the “dated” feel of the office, while there are always opportunities for organizations to update their systems in the ever changing world of technology, we are confident that our HR platform is not only state-of-the art, but, incredibly user friendly and is rated highly by our clients, who interact with it every day. The office fosters an environment where co-workers are encouraged to talk with one another and feel relaxed. Lastly, there is in fact a middle management team in place, at both of our locations that effectively oversee a team of employees.
