Terrible place to work - Anonymous employee First Contact HR Employee Review

The company owner: -Forces employees to come to the office during treacherous snow and ice conditions (non essential employees) and you have to use your limited PTO if you cam’t make it in. -Salary is far below market value. -Does not pay for overtime work. - Will tell you to leave as soon as you give 2 weeks notice to avoid paying you for the last two weeks when you quit. -Will say slanderous things about you if you list him as a reference for a new job.. -Has cameras throughout the office to watch you while you work. -If you are in the sales department, he will try to steal your sales so he can keep the commission. -Does nothing to hold onto great employees. -Generally unpleasant to work with.
