The pay is good for the area.

Admin loves to micromanage their employees and when there are issues with supervisors, they side with the supervisor every time regardless of whether they're right or wrong. Zero support for the employees that they claim to care about when it comes to workplace harassment and bullying. While pay is competitive for the area, they don't allow remote or hybrid work unless you're admin, and there are 988 programs that are fully remote and pay better as well. They go out of their way to hire people who are in recovery and deserve a second chance, but they treat said people like they're going to relapse if they work anything less than 5 days a week.
