Pros
Good pay if you are working in that part of the world, otherwise a lot lower pay when compared to other major locations, shares (you can get fully only after working for 4 years though). If you’re into cyber security, they’re in the top 3.
Cons
They let go of Mandiant and the latter was acquired by Google and they became Trellix. Not sure if that is a cons but they definitely need to work hard to get their name back to the top cyber sec companies.
