It’s a good place for startups, interns, they’ll definitely learn a lot and have a lot of work to do
Cons
1. No particular day/month/year for salary review, they review it whenever they feel like.
2. Too much of work with a little salary.
3. No time to go for leave, even if you eventually go for the leave, you’ll still be working.
4. Poor staff welfare.
5. Management doesn’t care about their staffs, it’s always work and work. Playing politics on the staffs.
