      Pros

      For me, the best pro was being smart people from whom you can really learn. Work culture is best I have heard about in the Infopark. Projects are good and I liked my team. In my team there is more good ideas being tried.

      Cons

      For those who waste time or do not work well, it is difficult. I heard about warnings from managers, leads and HR also. I also heard that some people who did bad work were asked to look for other jobs.

      Pros

      I had a great time at Fingent. The management and the leaders are very understanding and they give us plenty of opportunities to build our career. I've learned a lot in my 2 years over here. Everyone here supports and guides one another. The atmosphere here is a perfect combination of work and fun.
