Pros

Findhelp is a people centric organization. The founder lives by his mission regardless if it is for the people who work for him, customers or the people who are using the platform needing help. Office based employees enjoy free food, drinks, coffee, snacks daily. Friday is always a pizza party and work environment is very caring and accepting. Employee benefits are top notch and the company pays are nearly the top of the field. Most of the employees are highly passionate about their job, everyone is respected for their impact and their is incredible opportunity for growth.

Cons

The company is experiencing hyper growth so sometimes you feel like you are being pulled in multiple directions at once. BUT...knowing you are building something that truly makes someone else's life better outweighs that.

Pros

The experience here has been way beyond just work. The team genuinely focuses on learning, growth, and creating an environment where interns and co-ops feel supported and valued. What stood out the most was how much trust and exposure we got to the actual product. Every day felt like exponential learning, not just completing tasks. The mentorship, collaboration, and positive culture made it easy to ask questions, improve fast, and enjoy the process. The benefits and support for employees are honestly amazing too, especially the focus on health and well-being. Experiences like this really shape the way you think about engineering, teamwork, and your future career. Grateful to be part of such an incredible environment.

Cons

Can depend on person i see nothing.

Pros

Absolutely fantastic culture and team. Company maintained a flat, collaborative structure despite its size with brilliant people cooperating beautifully to serve everyday people.

Cons

You don't get your hand held or have a tour guide. You will need to dive in and figure it out for yourself. But the team culture is welcoming and collaborative, so if you're willing to tolerate some initial dizziness around how things work, you'll find good people you're thrilled to work with.
