I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Findhelp
Interview
Significant focus on fit and ensuring that I would be comfortable working among different groups, including technical, sales, customer-facing, and other teams. I did two zoom interviews and came into the office to meet with people from several teams that I would interact with. I received an offer not long after my in-person interviews, and it took some time to settle on the final. Overall it was a positive experience. I appreciated meeting people from different levels with different perspectives. It helped me understand exactly the kind of environment I would be working in, and having accepted the offer, I am glad I had the opportunity to understand it as part of the hiring process.
