      Working with good people, less politics, but need to be really independent. The people are helpful.

      Cons

      Hard to achieve the target. Reasons: 1) Different region, different markets, different buying intention 2) Selling products in USD, easy for US and Europe but very hard in APAC region because of the currencies.
