Pros
The company had a pretty good structure. You always knew how you tiered up in the organization. The digital resources such as Salesforce and others were well maintained for a sales organization.
Cons
Extremely low base pay for the industry along with almost unattainable revenue goals for inside sales in an inflated economy. Compensation plan was less than fair leading to no real motivation to close deals. Favoritism was heavily present in the organization.
