Very bad management and project onsite manager - Senior DevOps Engineer Finastra Employee Review

#from_where_to_start My manager was so dump he don't know about what's is going around in the team he was totally clue less when ever I want to know something and my onsite manager he was a rude guy with very unprofessional behaviour......don't have a single point appreciation for the work but they want those work to be completed in very short period of time it doesn't matter how you do it and after that they are the one who is not satisfied with the output but over all I have noticed lots of politics also ........ So I will suggest join if you don't have any option in hand other wise be ready to face the bad management culture.
