      Overall Benefits are competitive and great Willingness to invest in its employees and developers Great Work-Life Balance overall. Mostly for developers, work schedules are lenient because of a flexi-sched system.

      Cons

      For Developers, expect to work on Legacy Systems, mostly using old technologies Slow Career growth if you work on said legacy systems. Entry level salary is above market average yet the increase after that is slow.
