      401k match. That’s it unless you’re a lucky one with goals and compensation.

      Cons

      Expectations that are not well thought. Some have easy sailing while others get goals that are over the top. Compensation is not based on ability and value and increases are nonexistent. What happened to reinvesting in talent and technology to grow the business and client satisfaction? Top and middle management heavy.
