- Huge company with headquarter in Europe, which implies that all the leading roles are in Europe. Promotions are therefore limited. - Management changes all the time. - Management does not seem to have a clear long term strategy - They try to revamp the culture of the company but being in New York, we feel isolated and the communication with the management is not always very good or at least transparent.
