Pros

Flexible shifts only if your manager agrees . Earlier this company was called Mysis. They influenced employees to provide the feedback at glassdoor so the rating went to 4 . This place is good for those who wants to play politics . Misys MSDC has a big group of tamil people and only they can survive there.

Cons

1)Without notice they can fire the employees. All of sudden you will see all of your access will be removed . They will not give you time to even take the backup of your important documents. 2)No cab facility 3)Pay for parking as well 4)No support for women empowerment 5)Lot of politics . You can survive if your blindly listening to your manager . 6)Salray is very less .Though the bonus is a big part in your salary you will get zero percent of it. 7) If you get fired there is not proper support from HR team to provide the basic docs like form16 , Payslips or Hike letters. 8)Lot of politics by senior management . If they want they can make a role redundant .If they dont want though the role is not necessary they will keep the employess . 9) HR team has some tie up with JSpiders etc. from where they hire the Freshers though they dont know basics of computer languages. 10)There is no proper training given to freshers after joining the jobs. 11) Senoir management can hire their friends and relatives without even having them go through the interview process . 12) No career growth and no learning . No recognition for the talent .
