Pros
The team consists of very talented people with a passion for what they do. Finchoice is also not shy to upskill the staff with various programs. HR is being built with a strong, fun team by the head of people.
Cons
Forced hybrid working structure even when remote was promised on employment. Some managers are out of touch with their teams and simply shouldn't manage people.
