Pros

Hands down the people - they are passionate and caring. Working from home is a pro but it’s not right for everyone.

Cons

Lack of engineering competence. Poor strategy, leadership, and communication. Buggy product not built to scale. Engineering team in India creates time-zone and language barriers that result in slow and poor execution. Lack of security and trust: lots of hiring followed by big layoffs In a 6 month period. Not achieving growth plan. Benefits package is weak and lacks RRSP matching.

Pros

The Senior leadership team cares and will make sure your voice is heard. Also a very fun environment of people who enjoy working hard. All in All a very good place to work. Very diverse team as well.

Cons

Need to work on benefits for US employees. Please add a matching 401k plan as this is a standard benefit in US

Pros

The team members are great and really believe in the company mission to make positive change for the planet. There is wonderful enthusiasm and a real sense of camaraderie that I think is pretty rare in the corporate world. Leadership encourages authenticity and discourse--a very open minded group that welcomes ideas from all departments/roles. There is a lot of growth happening right now so it's an exciting time but there is also good intent to preserve the culture.

Cons

The company is still in a growth stage which I think is exciting but also means that some processes, policies, etc. are still being established. Definitely a place where you can make an impact but maybe not the best fit for everyone.
