Pros

Benefits are good, pay is decent Some of the people are great Customers can be fun to work with

Cons

Workloads are high and it's a high stress environment. It has the feel of a startup where expectations on employees are high, but are couched around a culture of "family." Management has a habit of inventing goal posts without telling employees and punishes them for not meeting those goals. Turnover is incredibly high, it's rare for employees to make it to a year.

Pros

Company and founders are truly committed to taking care of its employees. Leadership team wants everyone to win. Everyone you work with are fun and high performers, you don’t feel put out or that anyone is working harder than anyone else.

Cons

It’s still a young company that has grown a lot over the last few years so there is a lot still being figured out. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but you have to be adaptable.
