Company is big and lots of verticals to offer employment opportunity. But going from one to another is not so easy. Employer is certainly taking steps towards. Employer is providing learning opportunity. There are programs to for experienced professionals. They have created a learning day for employees. Employer is working on org transformation so that leaders can connect associates better and messages reach to the bottom layer sooner that later.
Cons
A employer is only as good as your boss is. Your boss could enable or kill it. Employer provides so many facilities about flex work but there are too many micro managers. . it's a work in progress. there are too many people managers who are close to the retirement and they are not forward thinking.If you are young always keep an open mind about your role and opportunities. Do not get married to your job feel satisfied with your boss.
